Eli Neusner, Managing Director
Eli is an experienced investment analyst, consultant, writer, and communications specialist. As both an equity analyst, director of investment research, and financial communications executive, he has evaluated and edited hundreds of investor presentations from companies trying to raise capital and generate interest in their investment securities. He knows what makes one presentation stand out from the others, and what persuades sophisticated audiences.
In recent years, Eli has provided investor road show and presentation consulting to corporate senior executives. And as a member of the financial communications practice of Fleishman-Hillard, one of the world's leading public relations firms, Eli has guided several companies through IPOs, private placements, and other critical investor interactions. Eli has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Boston University. Eli is fluent in Spanish
Lindsay Lake, Director
Lindsay has spent her career creating powerful, concise and engaging presentations. She began fine tuning these skills while working in account management for Thomas Taber & Drazen, an advertising agency. While there she had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients in industries including financial, media, retail and non-profit. Lindsay’s experience has given her a great eye for design and the tools necessary to access PowerPoint and Keynotes' complete functionality.
Lindsay is an experienced marketer and advertiser, and has conducted public relations, market research, interactive, and promotional work on behalf of clients. Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
Gwyn Lauber, Director
For fifteen years, Gwyn has worked with public and private companies, helping them to get the right message in front of the right audiences. Most recently, she ran the investor relations department for SumTotal Systems, attracting new analyst coverage, increasing institutional investor ownership of the company, and playing an instrumental role in an oversubscribed registered direct offering.
Prior to her most recent position, Gwyn worked with McAfee, Inc. where she participated in a convertible debt offering, and was recognized for her role in winning a contentious proxy battle for the company. Earlier in her career, she held investor relations and corporate communications positions with companies in the technology and life science sectors.
Gwyn has an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BA in History from San Francisco State University. In her spare time, she runs marathons and competes with a whaleboat rowing team in the San Francisco Bay.
Rick Anderson, Director
Throughout his 35-year career, Rick Anderson has assisted a wide range of public and private companies, from multi-nationals to start-ups, in generating strong investor interest and media recognition, while building shareholder value for publicly-traded clients.
He served as co-chair of the Fleishman-Hillard’s Financial Communications Practice group and was responsible for the corporate communications, investor relations and financial media programs for over 20 clients. Prior to Fleishman, Rick was a senior vice president and co-founder of Thomson Financial’s Global Consulting Group, a leading investor relations firm with a global client base. He has participated in more than 35 initial public offerings and spin-offs; served as outside investor relations counsel to senior management for numerous small cap companies; and helped companies work their way through challenging shareholder lawsuits, SEC investigations and corporate governance issues.
A graduate of Brown University, Rick holds a MA in urban affairs from Boston University. He is a longtime member of the National Investor Relations Institute and served as the section chair for the PRSA’s financial communications section.
